NRL Fantasy Recap: Round 10 2025
Share
Eels 16 - 20 Dolphins
The Good:
Herbie Farnworth ($746,000) – 70 points
Herbie was electric, scoring a try and assisting another while running for nearly 200 metres and busting seven tackles. His defensive effort (26 tackles) and lack of Origin eligibility make him a near must-have over the major bye period.
Isaiya Katoa ($684,000) – 70 points
This is one of the best base-heavy scores you’ll see from a half. No attacking stats—just 30 tackles, two tackle busts, 598 kick metres, and strong involvement all game. The form is there, the bye coverage is perfect, and Katoa is red-hot.
Kitione Kautoga ($449,000) – 55 points
A really promising effort from Kautoga with two line break assists, three offloads and nearly 40 tackles. His role seems secure for now and he's a solid moneymaker through the round 12 bye. Massive hold.
Isaiah Iongi ($418,000) – 53 points
Iongi is heating up under Moses' guidance. Two try assists, a line break and 178 metres gained made this his best fantasy showing to date. Definitely worth holding onto.
Ryley Smith ($390,000) – 52 points
A tackling machine with 58 on the night. Low attacking output but rock-solid base. Smith looks locked in for 80 minutes and should be a top budget hooker option for round 12.
The Bad:
J’maine Hopgood ($622,000) – 34 points
Played just 40 minutes again. Posted 29 tackles and 57 run metres but offered little else. Hopgood is in fantasy limbo unless his minutes go back above 60. Keep him on your watch list, but he's a clear hold for now.

Knights 24 - 28 Titans
The Good:
Tino Fa'asuamaleaui ($717,000) – 73 points
A full power performance. Tino ran for nearly 250 metres, busted three tackles and offloaded four times, adding nearly 40 tackles in the process. An absolute gun but will 100% play Origin, so timing his exit is crucial.
Dylan Lucas ($715,000) – 69 points
A must-have. Scored a try, cracked 130 metres and made 40 tackles with just two missed. The best fantasy centre in the game outside Herbie. If you don’t own him—fix that now.
AJ Brimson ($518,000) – 64 points
Huge bounce-back with two tries, over 125 run metres, 26 tackles and even some kicking. It’s his best game of the year by far. A very risky player but the upside is there if you want a wild POD.
Jayden Campbell ($780,000) – 63 points
Kicked for nearly 400 metres, assisted a try, and added over 100 running metres. Still looks slightly banged up, so while he’s elite, it might be worth waiting until round 13 to jump on.
Jacob Saifiti ($404,000) – 60 points
Dominated with 213 metres and 33 tackles in a no-nonsense performance. He’s cheap and in great form, but there’s a decent chance he gets picked for Origin. Monitor closely.
Fletcher Sharpe ($692,000) – 59 points
Scored a try, assisted another, and added a mix of offloads, tackle busts and defensive stats. Doesn’t kick but does everything else. Averaging nearly 60—buy if you don’t own.
The Bad:
Kalyn Ponga ($536,000) – 25 points
Missed the party. 105 metres and a few tackle busts but zero attacking involvement. Looks like he's trying to steer rather than spark the attack. He plays the Eels next, then potentially Origin—big decision ahead for owners.
Rabbitohs 22 – 14 Broncos
Latrell Mitchell ($696,000) – 82 points
Latrell absolutely stole the show with a try, a try save, a field goal, and four goals, steering the Rabbitohs home in a statement game. He racked up nearly 400 kick metres and added 112 run metres, though his tackle busts (two) were a little down on his usual output. This game all but locks in his Origin selection, making him a no-go for Fantasy buys—but a hold if you’ve already got him.
Payne Haas ($950,000) – 70 points
Classic Payne Haas performance: 62 minutes, 41 tackles, four tackle busts, one offload, 150+ run metres, and a line break thrown in. He was one of the safest captain options this week and delivered despite some signs of back tightness mid-game. Just keep an eye on that in team lists, but shouldn't be an issue as he played on. He’s elite—but as always, will miss time during Origin.
Brendan Piakura ($275,000) – 62 points
Back-to-back 50+ scores from Piakura have Fantasy coaches scrambling. His 28 tackles, six tackle busts, two offloads, a line break and line break assist suggest he’s finally cashing in on the potential we've been waiting years for. No Round 12 game hurts, but he's still a juicy cash cow.
Euan Aitken ($587,000) – 60 points
Massive base game with 48 tackles, 100+ metres, and some tackle busts to boot. The former Fantasy weapon looks settled in the second row again, and if that sticks, he’s one to circle for Round 13.
Keaon Koloamatangi ($620,000) – 56 points
Shifted to prop and played 73 minutes, pumping out 37 tackles and a huge 212 run metres. If he sticks in the middle, he becomes very relevant. Wait until Round 13 to make the call.
The Bad: Xavier Willison only played 25 minutes, Ben Hunt picked up a hammy and is out for weeks, and Jamie Humphreys plummeted with just 19 points. Former cheapie options Jesse Arthars (17), Shibasaki (20), and Jye Gray (3 in 12 mins) all flopped hard.
Raiders 20 – 32 Bulldogs
Joey Tapine ($777,000) – 72 points
What a machine. No tries or assists, just 37 tackles, five busts, four offloads, and nearly 175 run metres in 60 minutes. With Corey Horsburgh out, Tapine stepped up and reminded everyone why he’s a must-have through the byes. Doesn’t play Origin either.
Max King ($717,000) – 62 points
Scored a try that helped boost his total, but he still racked up 40 tackles, 2 busts, and 120 run metres in just 50 minutes. Minutes remain a concern, but his Origin coverage and reliable scoring are making him a strong MID target.
Jacob Kiraz ($680,000) – 57 points
Absolutely wild stat here—12 tackle busts! He added a silky try, 155 metres, and some offloads to continue his impressive form. There's some Origin risk, but if he’s available through the byes, he’s near-perfect.
The Bad:
Matty Nicholson ($689,000) – 41 points
Nicholson's night ended in the final minute with an ankle injury. Before that, he was chugging along with 38 tackles and 59 run metres. He’s a hold until we get scan results, but early fears suggest this could be a lengthy layoff.

Dragons 14 – 15 Warriors
Erin Clark ($681,000) – 70 points
Clark is thriving in this middle-forward role. He knocked out 52 tackles and 177 run metres in 65 minutes. He cramped up late but looked outstanding before that. Fisher-Harris may trim his minutes soon, but Clark looks to have earned his keep.
Mitch Barnett ($629,000) – 69 points
Another monster base game with 47 tackles, 186 metres, and a few busts and offloads. He’s cheap and solid—but with looming Origin chances, he’s a hard avoid unless he’s available Round 13.
Dylan Egan ($578,000) – 57 points
Egan scored again, added a line break, 37 tackles, and almost 85 metres off the bench. It doesn’t matter where he starts—he just scores. He’s becoming an under-the-radar Fantasy king.
The Bad:
Lykhan King-Togia ($260,000) – 32 points
Still a promising player, but a fantasy liability for now. Just 38 run metres and minimal kick metres mean he lacks a safe floor. You can hold, but don’t expect scoring fireworks. He is a young talent though, so evolution over the next month of footy is entirely possible!
Toby Couchman ($773,000) – 26 points
Went down with a shoulder injury early after making 24 tackles and 26 metres. Wasn’t ruled out until well into the second half, which gives hope this might be a minor one. Early guess is a rest next week, Round 12 bye, then back Round 13.
Cowboys 30 – 30 Panthers
Isaah Yeo ($801,000) – 79 points
In a 90-minute golden point game, Yeo did Yeo things. 38 tackles, 172 run metres, plus some tackle busts, offloads and a forced turnover. Peak base stats. With a bye in Round 11 and Origin in Round 12, he’s sellable if you need the numbers.
Nathan Cleary ($829,000) – 75 points
No tries, no assists, just a pure base masterclass. Cleary kicked for over 800 metres, added 90+ run metres, four tackle busts and slotted five goals. It’s what he does. Like Yeo, his Origin schedule makes him tricky to hold.
The Bad:
Tom Jenkins ($412,000) – 36 points
Scored a try and got involved defensively, but he came off the bench, and Luke Garner lit it up with a double. Looks like Jenkins has lost his spot. Still playable Round 12 if To’o makes Origin, but otherwise trending down.
Storm 64 – 0 Tigers
Ryan Papenhuyzen ($602,000) – 100 points
A fantasy century! Paps ran for 211 metres, scored four tries, slotted 10 goals, added a couple of line breaks and busted tackles at will. This was him back at his absolute best. May be in the Origin convo, but if not—he’s a monster POD.
Cameron Munster ($590,000) – 72 points
Another 100m+ running game from Munster (his third in a row), and this time it came with a try, two assists, three line breaks and five busts. He’s back in form—but also back into the Origin picture.
Terrell May ($987,000) – 64 points
A mountain of defensive work with 52 tackles and strong base stats overall. No attacking spice this week, but still a very solid return for those who captained him.
Jahrome Hughes ($544,000) – 60 points
A try, assist, line breaks and tackle busts galore from Hughes who looks dangerous again. The only issue is his shoulder injury—so hold off buying until Round 13, but get excited.
The Bad:
All the Tigers. Just—yikes. Not even worth discussing.
Sea Eagles 14 – 30 Sharks
Kayal Iro ($687,000) – 59 points
Keeps scoring tries and doing plenty of dirty work—21 tackles, six busts and 130 metres in this one. In a stacked centre position he’s not quite top tier, but a fun POD if you want to get weird.
Briton Nikora ($575,000) – 53 points
Wasn’t his usual flashy self but still posted 107 metres, 27 tackles, three offloads and two busts. That’s strong base output for a guy who usually scores through attack. Quality option with POD appeal.
The Bad:
Addin Fonua-Blake ($709,000) – 52 points
He scored a try. He ran for nearly 150 metres. And yet…it felt disappointing. AFB just isn’t hitting the heights of past years and remains well behind the likes of Tapine.
Reuben Garrick ($646,000) – 25 points
Six missed tackles and three errors saw his score plummet. The Sea Eagles were outclassed across the park, so don’t panic—but Garrick needs the team to lift to get those attacking numbers flowing.
Tom Trbojevic ($552,000) – 24 points
Turbo ran for over 200 metres and cracked a line break, but otherwise? Nothing. No try involvements, no spark. Doesn’t look fully fit and may drop under $500k soon. Not Origin bound though—so maybe, just maybe, he's one to look at again in a fortnight.
